I ordered a laptop from Amazon, delivery partner’s call was not reachable, so I called customer care they assured me that the order will be delivered on time, but it got cancelled automatically without giving me any information, i again called customer care number, they assured me that order will be delivered in the first half of next day, in the morning I again called customer care they told me that they had initiated refund and it can’t be rescheduled, it’s really disappointed me, i followed up so much as it was urgent to me. Now I am unable to place another order till I get the refund , I am stuck with this poor service, and I am a PRIME MEMBER !!
