Non delivery of my order even after 40 days of placing it and paying for it at the same time, with no information or update from Amazon, on the same. When I called to enquire about it after 40 days, I was told by the customer care that it had to be canceled and refund made. I was made to wait for my product for 40 days with no response even after full payment. The callousness and irresponsible attitude shows fully even thru the customer care, who have already canceled my order at this point
