My Name is Dominic Praveen I have placed an order on the 15th Sep , The Order# 407-8049225-2550744 (Kitchen Cleaner) It showed in the app will be delivered on the 17th and it was not as promised and i had contacted customer care and they promised will be delivered that same night by 10 Clock, But it was not and called customer care again on the 18th and they said will get delivered the same day. It did not as i waited the whole day, and there was no intimation from your end to inform cust the reason or why the delay. we as customer should call up every time an follow up, Being a well reupted Ecommerce site , This is a very bady service and this is not the first time this is happening and your delivery agents do not even answer the call when we reach out to them , They disconnect the call and do not come to our place and send a msg saying we tried to reach the customer but the customer was not responding we will deliver next day, why such a lie . Your delivery people are dishonest and lier’s. its so easy to blame a customer for there mistake and for there cconvenience . You all should be ashamed to run such a service. I am very unhappy and will let the other people know what kind of delivery service you all have, I am sure there other customers who have faced the same and feel the same. I will make sure i will not recommend no one. I want my order to be delivered ASAP. Or I am taking my business els where , am pretty sure there are lot of other sites who provide better service, may be i am just one customer for youll. But i will let this slide away here.
