Hi,
I ordered a refrigerator on December 14th 2022. and the delivery date was 21st dec,22.When i checked my order on 21st it was showing that the delivery scheduled between 9 am to 5 pm.it was an order i made for my sister.so obviously i didn’t know whether it was delivered on not. And later today on 22nd Dec when i checked the order status its showing not yet dispatched . I tried contacting the customer care and they simply asking me to cancel the order. I waited for a week and they are not even considering my issue. product cost is 16490 rupees and the compensation they offered is just 100 rupees. I am not begging for my money. but their customer service was pathetic.No notification received regarding the order status and they are telling me the product is out of stock only when i tried reach out to them.Here is my order id – 407-6865762-8134711.order total-16490.00 rs.
