I ordered a mobile phone online from amazon and paid online (prepaid) and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 19th July and is not here yet Thursday 21st July. I filed a complaint with amazon customer care but they haven’t given me a solution or haven’t received any help from them yet. Also their delivery agent who was supposed to deliver the phone is not picking up his phone.
