that the product HIKVISION Infrared 1080p FHD 2MP 360° Viewing Area Security Camera, White, 3 nos say that it’s delivered but the product was not delivered, the delivery guy came to the doorstep asked for the OTP we gave it to him but he said it was wrong so he is allowed to deliver and he will come back later to do so, but the product never got delivered and the customer care apparently did an investigation which is based and they would not be help me any further
