Ordered a product on Amazon.in for a delivery in Delhi on 18th of feb. The record says it was delivered on the 19th February but didn’t receive it till today. Spoke to the Amazon customer care representative – Shadab Alam, who says that he would not be able to help, as I am 3 days late on filing this complaint, so I would lose the product and my money both.
would like to address this on an urgent basis.
