Text of Complaint by Becky Smith:

Hi I ordered gaming chair paid by card which then provided me invoice and said delivery would be between 22nd and 24th. It did not arrive. I did it again and it moved to the 30th.i spoke to customer service who where not very helpful and did not respond to me at all never mind within 24hours like I was told. When I went back on order it was on hold yet initially the first funds were debited from my bank on 17th which is when I placed order. This was a present and has still not arrived this is appalling customer service and is certainly not customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed about this.
