Text of Complaint by R GURUPRASAD:

On 04/06/2022 I had ordered for sofa set from Wakefit through online helping store at Koramangala, Bangalore. Damaged sofa sets were delivered to us on 28/06/2022. When we refused to accept the damaged product they gave us the option either to take refund or wait for another month for getting delivery of sofa sets. Again till today the sofa set is not delivered and no communication is coming from them. The website is only showing as ordered on 30/06/2022 and so far it is showing the same status. On enquiring with them they are not giving correct answer and since two months my amount is held up with them and I am helpless to get the product from Wakefit furniture company. Please help me.
