Dear Sir,
I have ordered a Sony MDR-XB450AP Headphone on 05.07.2020 and made payment of Rs.2042.58 on that day. But even after my various mail to LT ONLINE STORE regarding the status of my order they have not replied about the status. While I tried to make various phone calls, they have not attended and even the phone was engaged so many times and it prove that the office is not closed and someone is there to attend the call and purposely they avoid the call. I also send mail to cancel my order and arrange to refund my amount and yet there is no response till date. Kindly accept my complaint and take necessary action against the LT ONLINE STORE. I attach herewith my order copy as screenshot for your reference. Kindly do the needful.
