I had ordered Ola S1 Pro 2nd generation in 18th September, 2023. In the initial stage the estimated delivery was showing in the ola app as 07.11.2023 which was later extended to 27.11.2023 without any notice/intimation to me. Even on the 27th the delivery didn’t happen. Now the status in app is delivery will happen soon
I had opted self financing. Now the financier is chasing me for submitting proof of the purchase and copy of RC and insurance which I am not able to submit as the product itself is not yet delivered and there is no reply or apologies from Ola customer care, sales team or even their MD Bhavesh Aggarwal whom I personally sent a mail informing my concern.
My loan repayment is already been started and financier is charging me interest and other charges on finance availed for purchasing Ola EV scooter.
Ola has taken the whole amount 2 months back for starting the production and there is no news of delivery till day.
Ola franchises are unable to track the order status and update me the status and there is no update/intimation/call from the central team as well updating the status.
There is a failure of commitment from the company.
