Hello,
I had booked an Ola S1 air previous year Oct 2021 and made full payment on Jul 27th 2023. Expected date of delivery was Aug 15th and later after multiple changes has come to Sep 22nd 2023.
But even till today which is 26th sep 2023, I have not received my vehicle.
I want to raise this issue to the consumer court stating that there has to be some rules around it and such companies who continously play around with the emotions of consumers have to be penalised.
There have been no accurate response from Ola Electric even after multiple tweets on their page and calling customer care. I really have no idea where my money has gone and about receipt of my 2 wheeler.
Ola experience centers also have no idea about the receipt of 2 wheeler but the Ola app states that 2 wheeler is waiting at the ola experience center.
This issue is a very big concern to everyone who are buying this product. Would request you to kindly take this in consideration
