Hi sir,
This is P. Anil Kumar, Amazon Customer since 10 years, I ordered a mobile Oneplus ce3 nord and it was on delivery on 11-8-23 morning so as I was in office so I called delivery boy saying that I want my delivery in evening so he said yes. And in evening called him for my delivery so he said by 10: 00 PM the item was delivered, at 10 O’clock I called him but his call was not connected so I called customer service and given request to deliver it by next day I. E. On 12-8-2023 by morning 7: 00 am as I need to go to office, after that I called to delivery boy the call was connected and he said I called you your phone was not connected if you want your order come to LB Nagar and collect your package, it was recorded you can hear in your call recordings also, next minute when I was checked I my Amazon App. It was showing that the order was cancelled and it was returning to the seller.
