I ordered a phones(iphone 14) on Amazon which was out for delivery on 2nd of february, 2023. The delivery guy called me after reaching my location and I went to him to pick my order. After searching for 10 min, he said Sir, it seems like “I forgot your order at the warehouse. I’ll go and come by the evening to deliver it.” I said okay and he left. Evening when I tried calling him he didn’t pick my call. Next day afternoon, he picked my call and told my order is lost somewhere and asked me to contact customer care. And from yesterday to now i spoke to three customer care associates from Amazon . they all said the same thing that they will make sure to get it delivered by same day end of day but nothing happened. It’s been three days and i’m still waiting for my order.
