I have ordered Qty-01 Mobile Phone vide order no #1964099843 worth Rs.3999 through Phones Kart online site on 09 Aug 19 at 16.04 Hrs. But till date I have not received the product. There is no contact number and also no mail id of the company. It seems to be a fraud company…cheating people and making money. I made a complain in the INGRAM vide complain no 1514060 dated 13 Aug 19,but still it shows under process. But when I viewed the review of many people, many people has been cheated by this site. This site should be closed and person operating may be put behind the bars in case of fraud. Please take legal action against this site and try to refund the amount from whom he has taken.Please take necessary action.
