Through order No.20412277 I have placed an order with this company through their web site www.store24.co.in to ship me a Realme3 Mobile. I have paid online through using HDFC Merchant payment gateway an amount of INR2849/- Company had sent me a confirmation of my order through SMS. However since then there is no comminucations from this company either for my email or tel.call. The mobile no.give by the company in their web site is coming as switched off and they are not replying to my emails. Through the net I came to know that there are a lot of people who got cheated by this company. This company is a fraudulent and cheating Indians. I appeal to the authorities to take strict action against this company. I need my refund or the phone.
