I’m a prime member of amazon.in and I ordered an IQoo Neo 7 pro phone (12+256gb variant) in prime day sale on 15/07/23 at 12:40 Am within 1 hr of prime day sale start with full payment in advance. My order was out for delivery on 16/07/23 but the amazon team started delaying my order by 24-48 hr and for which I had called the customer care for about 8-10 times since then but they are like.. “will be delivered in next 24 hr” but again the same issue on the next day. And now finally they are like.. “sorry sir we are out of stock and we can’t deliver you this product anymore pls select/order some other product.. thank you for contacting amazon”.
This the way they treat an amazon prime customer . Requesting you all to pls kindly look into my issue and guide me with the same.
