I am forced to complaint against Valmo courier br at Khaghalipura, blr rural, hub mgr Satish, becos few week backs , i had an argument for helping me get back product which one Manju delvy agent took from me and next for 4 days the agent kept the product with him, it was a meesho product, from day 2 i complaint to this mgr, regarding the non response of the pickup agent Manju, who always behave rudely with customers, wont take our calls, always talking in a rude voice uf asked any doubt, all these i brought to hub mgr Satish but on 4th day instead of solving the problem he started talk back rudely, saying he is helpless he cant do anything in this matter. I said i will complain against both u & ur staff for wrongly keeping the return product for 4 days, he asked me to complaint to whomever u want to, so accordingly i raised a complaint against in Valmo complaint celll and they intervened and got back product back after few days by the time i lost return window period so lost Rs 375 in the process. After that incident for the past 20 plus days, whatever meesho product coming thro Valmo, is being kept in Blr hub at Khaghalipura, next they RTO saying the product could not be delivered. Today is the 3rd time in this 20 plus days, they have cancelled my deluvery, without even calling me or attempt delivery at my place. Instead they rto back to supplier citing wrong reasons. I want to bring to ur kind attention such personal revenge will finally afffect VALMO’S REPUTATION. Pls advice the hub in charge to avoid such cheap gimmicks, which will directly affect ur name.
