I Ordered 10kgs of kesar Mango from fruitforver.shop site on 23/05/2023, payment was made thru GPay for Rs 399 + 80.64+ 49 as shipping charges to deliver in2 – 3 days. After the payment was made, there was neither any sms or email for date of delivery or any response from money receiver. Only the confirmation of the order number 9930 was displayed once the payment was made to Sai Tea centre.
Total amount paid = 528.64
I request the court to investigate the case by detecting the GST number of Sai Tea centre and take action against the company and refund the amount,
Such fraudsters should be punished severely for playing with the emotions and feelings of the consumers, they might have cheated many people i feel,
I hope to get justice at the earliest.
