Sir,
I have been a loyal customer to Flipkart but
what happened today is disheartening for me.
I have placed a laptop order on 13th
July Big saving days with order id
0D328611030907927100 which is Scheduled to shipped by 16th and delivered by 19th.But due to some reasons there is a delay in shipping
of order, expected resolving time is changed
multiple times from 19,21,24 to 26…0n 26th
July My Order Got Shipped and expected to get
delivered on 30July.
But, today on 27th July just after 24hrs of shipping,my Order Got Cancelled
Without Prior Information and proper
communication.Reason states ‘Limit Reached ‘ but it’s the only active laptop order i have currently.
This is really Unfair to cancel the order after making us wait for 15days that too pre-paid order.I have undergone So much mental
pressure while waiting my order. I have ordered it during offer period and Now The Price is
Changed, I kindly Request you to
Help me to get the Product At earlier Offered Price by Providing any Discount/Gift Voucher after completing the return period of new order.
I Hope Sincerely You Won’t betray your loyal customers and do justice to them.
