I have order a product where there was no option for COD no other option was available… Online payment was done.. There is no contact details available for Kurti.live or the consignment company Priship. For a long time it was showing in transit. Now the status has been changed to DELIVERED. No mail or call I have received nor the product is delivered at my location. The docket tracking mechanism is not reflecting the name to whom the consignment has been delivered without any notification. Such a fraud company it seems… Where they assure that they have business across 20 countries with no contact details. Such a poor company. Order #2735. Consignment no. IXM1354787058. Kindly look into the matter. Help us for the refund amount or the product.
