Text of Complaint by Nikhil:

I have not received my delivery from Flipkart for which I had already made an advance payment. The app is showing item delivered but it did not reach the desired destination, moreover when complaint to Flipkart multiple times they are not providing any help instead are adamant that the item has been delivered.
