It is brought to your notice that we had placed order for Flipkart perfect homes Crete leatherette and fabric 3+1+1 sofa set, order number OD 225706063598029000. The same was ordered on 11Aug 2022. Despite multiple reminders through your customer service, no action has been taken and the product is not delivered till date. Every time a new delivery date is updated. This reflects poorly on how trustworthy your services are and leaves customers unhappy.
As a service provider, it becomes your moral responsibility to keep up with the promises.
