I have ordered a mobile against exchange to give gift to my sister on occasion of her birthday and Raksha Bandhan on same day. due to this i have choose the rush delivery and time slot of 12:00 Pm to 03:00 PM at 21.08.21.
Delivery agent has called me with number 0141-4721444 around 07:30 PM, he visited to my house and took the picture of my old phone and went away without verify the condition of old mobile. On same time i have raised complaint to Amazon customer service 4 time but till time no action was made against the delivery agent. Amazon customer service has committed me for delivery at 22.08.21 before 10 AM but no response. from them. My complaint is related to below points.
– Delivery agent has not followed the delivery time line.
– Delivery agent has not followed the exchange policy
– Amazon does not have any control on delivery agent, Delivery agent make delivery as per convenience.
– Wrong delivery remarks was update by delivery agent.
amazon has big platform but they knows how to play with customer’s emotions. As a prime customer i can only say that in future do not believe on their rush delivery & same day delivery policy. they will always cheat you .
Today morning call was made for 40 min where customer service and escalation executive does not made any action. they don’t have contact details or authorization to transfer a call to team who take care of delivery agent concerns.
I need immediate delivery by today evening. and waiting for their response.
