I ordered fully automatic top load washing machine through amazon, they sheduled the delivery on 31st Mar 2023 but they did not delivered the item on that day and send an email confirmation that your oreder was resheduled on customer request but i woudn’t requested for reshedule delivery & i contacted customer support then they told me that the item will be deliver within the next two working days also delivery agent sent an email that the item will be deliver on 2nd april but they again send an email that the executive was unable to reach you the item will be deliver on next working day till noe i didn’t received any mail confirmation from the amazon & the delivery agent. i again contacted the customer service today again they are giving same justification that we will try our best to deliver an item as soon as possible.
