I have ordered an Iqoo z7 mobile worth Rs.18,999/- from Amazon and it is a prepaid order. As i am a Prime member the delivery date given to me was 4th of April. On 4th around 8:20 my order was out for delivery but it was not delivered to me. I have called to the Delivery agent many times but he rejected my calls. Later i have called to customer care, and customer care executive assured me that the order will be delivered within half an hour. Around 11:10 pm, a fake attempt was made to deliver the item and and at 11:11pm, it was closed stating customer is unable to reach. In the next day early morning i have called to customer care again to deliver the product but it was for no use. Since then i have contacted nearly 15 times to customer care for the delivery of my product. But no attempt was made to deliver the product. On 7th night around 10:04 pm ine person has called and informed that he will deliver the item the next day morning, even after repeated calls ge denied to deliver the product and within he 30 mins he updated that the customer is unable to be contacted. Immediately i have raised the issue with the customer care, the customer care executive also given a deaf ear to my complaint. Later on 8th evening they updated the product is being returned to the seller. On 9th morning i have again called to customer care regarding the issue, they have assured me redelivery attempt and no such thing has happened.
It’s really a pathetic service, and this is not the first time such experience i have faced with the amazon delivery.
I have undergone a lot of mental agony because of this inefficient customer care executives and the irresponsible delivery agents.
I request to take stringent action on Amazon and its team and arrange compensation for my mental agony and interest for the amount they have kept with them so that they shouldn’t repeat this kind of behaviour again.
