I had placed my order for neck band made boat type rockers 255 pro on 25 Sep 22. Order was supposed to be delivered at Delhi address on 03 Oct 22 ,order has not Yet delivered ,even after many reminders on site ,ealier it was shown as matter will be resolved by 08 oct 22 and now showing as 10 Oct 22. Post complaint on the site, i have been contacted by customer care almost 5 to 6 times but always they showed their inability to resolve the issue and were asking me to cancel the order which i had booked in festive discount offfer.Delaying of delivery at given date is unnecesaarily disturbing my routine task
So you are requested to please look into the matter and initiate approprite action to get the order delivered at the earliest.
