With deep regret I am writing this, being an Amazon customer for years and a prime member at the moment, the order I made 2 days ago for same day delivery has not received yet. We were getting OTPs and had to wait at home cancelling other plans not to miss the delivery for 3 days. Even a normal delivery takes 2 days in a city like Bangalore, the same day prime delivery is delayed by 5 days there is no response from Amazon’s side which is really disappointing. We tried calling the phone number provided daily and , even they had no clue about the order.I’d like to ask for compensation for the hassle we had to go through, even after paying the full amount as prepaid.
