Dear sir/ Mam,
I ordered rakhi from amazon.in on 27th july 2019 but still I didn’t received my item by 14th august 2019. As amazon delivery promise rakhi should be delivered between 2-7 aug 2019. I Talk to costumer care executive about this, they told me to wait for 5days more and told me seller promised to deliver it by 12th aug 2019 if you don’t received till the date than you will receive a refund with a compensation regarding the item but now they are refusing for that. I talk to costumer care executive about this issue more than 3-4 time after crossing promiseing delivery date.
They harresh me so much…they spoil my rakhi And now they cancel my order and saying sorry and also saying if you purchased from amazon fullfill seller than you don’t have this type of problem..they saying “you ordered from 3rd seller so we can’t do anything for this”. I think they not following guidelines regarding to 3rd seller and own warehouse products, meanwhile they promoting their own warehouse product, please help in this
