Booking ID – STBMDL02EEB2A9-CA07
This complaint is regarding non delivery of HSRP Sticker. The order pertaining to above Booking ID was booked on 20/12/2020 with delivery scheduled on 23/02/2021. On the said date the booking time was 10:00-1:00 executive didnt come on the scheduled time and then came around 3pm when I was not available. He refused to deliver the sticker as the car was not available and then I made another payment for rescheduling for 13/03/2021. Since then I have been chasing them but the sticker is not delivered till now. Have spoken to customer care on numerous occasions but they keep on rescheduling delivery.
