I had booked hsrp for home delivery from rosemerta Safety Systems Pvt Ltd and the date for delivery was 28.02.2021. However it was not delivered. I raised a grievance both by mail and phone. I was given another date that is 6.3.2021. The ticket for the grievance is still active. However the time promised for today has elapsed and still the same has not been delivered. I called on grievance cell and I am promised and assured that the delivery shall be made but there is no progress. There seems to be no accountability.
