I have booked HSRP for home installation for my Vehicle DL9CX-0336 on 22nd of November and booked the appointment slot for 28th November. Even after a daily follow up, they say they will deliver plate today or tomorrow and yet we have not received no communication and no HSRP and color coded sticker. They do false promise daily or to wait for 24-48 hours yet no action has been taken on my complaints. Their customer call number is always busy they do not respond back on grievance email address mentioned on their site.

I have booked my high security number plate and received message that my number plate of vehicle bearing registration number UP32JP3380 has been delivered at my agency but inspite of repeated effort I could not receive the same till date. Agent is stating that the same has yet not been delivered to the agency yet.
