Dear Sir/Mam,
Myself Piyush working with TATA Life Insurance Co.Ltd & your prime customer since long. I had got very bad experience with your customer service team, who had giving me false information about the delivery of my order (40728746245709148) infact I received a mail today that my order received today by 8pm(in trail mail). My family is residing in Sirsa & ordered my grocery ordered for them so they can’t go outside in this Pandemic situation. But becoz of this I hurt alot.
Being your prime I m facing such thing that’s highly embarrassing for me. So requested cancel my all orders & my membership. I don’t want to continue the Amazon Services.
