On August 8, 2023 I purchased Apparels from the vendor, namely Aakoliya Dhirubhai Mohanbhai and paid a sum of Rs. 239/- to their site MYCHOICE through the payment gateway mychoice-8223257. payu@indus.
UPI Transaction ID was 322096336390.
Goods were neither delivered not the payment was refunded.
Clearly a case of cyber fraud.
Kindly arrange to refund the money and nab the culprits.
