We, Go Ahead with Trends, Delhi, are writing to bring to your attention a serious matter regarding non-delivery of goods and suspected fraudulent activities involving Kumar Garments, Ronak Kanungo, and Krishna Cargo Services.
On May 21, 24, and 27, 2024, we placed orders for a consignment of garments worth Rs. 40,000, which was transferred to your provided account details. Despite repeated inquiries, we haven’t received the shipments or satisfactory explanations.
This letter serves as a formal legal notice, demanding immediate disclosure of the goods’ whereabouts, a credible explanation for the delay, and a firm commitment with a rescheduled delivery date.
