On 31st July 2021, I had ordered and paid for a set of cookware through the trustcarts.in website. Order was taken and number was given as . #5398. To date nothing has come.
Repeated emails have not been answered. Phone number says switched off. The email goes through another domain shopifyemail.com. This latter should also be penalized for supporting such fraud sites.
On browsing through the website the following is given as physical address: 3/128, Krishna society , near radiant school bhaktinagar, 360001 Rajkot GJ, India. But without any name of company or person.
Would be very grateful if you could investigate and bring justice.
