I am writing this with heavy heart due to couple of bad experiences with Amazon company. I placed a mobile phone purchase request in Amazon. As per my prime membership I am supposed to get my order same day. For the first time i waited for 3days and had a number of calls and chat with team, but unfortunately no one took any sort of ownership to resolve, finally I had to cancel my order.
Same happened second time as well… It is severe mental agony to me effecting my health.
Pls into this and provide a solution along with the compensation to the pain I had for this…
