I had ordered one Jiofi High-Speed Router(Order No- 71107700079565) on 13th February 2021 but I’ve not received the consignment even after repeated follow-up over mail and Whatsapp. They are simply giving assurances and not providing any definite date. I fear it is a fraudulent company. Please advise me on how to proceed legally.
