GRIEVANCE ON A CREDIT CHARGE BY AMAZON.
I live in the uS and had ordered a few things along with this expensive item “Ensure drink 16counts “from the US to an address in India.
This particular product Ensure 16 count ( $220), was never received by my sister in India while other small items from other sellers were received. This Amazon seller is TSS Total superstore in Bangalore with this address at Dr.Rajkumar road was the supplier listed by Amazon for the Ensure product.
When I called the number listed for the store 09731866522 with my complaint of non -delivery, the person said that the store had been closed; it is not clear how he is associated with this store; see his what’s up message to me.

This store was shut down last year in July 2019
My name or number might still be linked to it, but for the last one year, this store is not operational. We ourselves have shut it. I will have to check if someone else is using this premise

Most of the Amazon India deliveries have been fine except this one. Due to sickness in the family in India, I wanted to send this Ensure health drink though the price was high as it was supposedly imported from the US. I placed the order due to the desperation at that time and indeed was cheated by this seller.
Amazon is answerable for this particular charge. The Amazon India need to investigate and take legal action as the link supplier they have given reportedly not in business, and there is fraud committed.
