I ordered an Air Fryer for my mother in India for Christmas on Amazon.in. The Center never attempted to call, but kept telling me that they was no network coverage, which I do not believe. Because I called my mother several times on the date of the delivery and was able to reach her. In addition she also received calls from others. Then when the delivery was rescheduled I did not get the OTP, I gave the previous OTPs and was unable to receive the parcel. Now I received a refund message. This is very disappointing and I am totally discouraged to use Amazon again.
