I have paid for an accessory for Buddy step for my OLA electric scooter OLA Pro on 20th Feb 2023. The estimated delivery promised by OLA Electric was 15th Mar 2023. Many times I contacted the customer care , they do not have any idea of the delivery date . Every time they say they will update, but no information is received till date.
