I have ordered a mobile phone online from amazon on 24th May and I was going to receive it on 30 th may but i didn’t. Then I called one of your customer care person he said the order will be delivered by 3rd June at any cost but i didn’t even receive it on 3 rd June, then again I have contacted one of your customer care agent and he said the order will be delivered at 7 th June so I still was waiting to receive the order but i didn’t and now it’s 8th June and I haven’t received my parcel and even today I have contacted one of your agent he said we can’t say anything about the order and you can cancel it and reorder it. I have been waiting for more 7 days to receive the order and it was emergency for me to have the mobile phone but i didn’t receive one. Very disappointed with Amazon service. And now I need you look into this and atleast try to resolve it or I want to claim the damages. And I am going to cancel the order and gonna delete the amazon account for such a poor service.
