On May 20th, 2020 I had ordered mee mee wet wipes 72 pcs pack for Rs. 387 along with pampers pant diapers medium size. Both of them were prepaid. However, the diapers were delivered on May 23rd, 2020 and the wipes were not. I contacted the amazon customer care n it showed only the messaging assistant, I was told to wait till 9p.m of May 26th, 2020. I waited and I have still not received the item whereas it falsely shows in the system that it was delivered to me on 23rd May, 2020. I have been contacting amazon customer services but I am unable to reach a customer care executive. Please help me with this.
