I had ordered a mobile phone for my daughter on the 13th of April, and I got a delivery on 15th,
The Box was kept at my door and Bell was rung and the delivery person left without meeting me or asking for an OTP ,which normally is done when mobiles are delivered.
on opening the box I found that instead of a mobile it contained a Medical Tonic bottle.
On escalating to Amazon India, I was told that the investigating team would contact me and my issue would be resolved by 20Th of April.
Since then nobody from the investigating team called me or asked for photos.
Today I called them only to get an answer that the investigating team has concluded that I have received the handset and the matter is resolved.
I have not received any mail or any call from Amazon regarding this issue till date, only after my constant follow up I got this reply today for which I am totally shocked.
Please see my past orders and also my designation. Do you really think that for Rs.17000 which I have already paid I would try to cheat Amazon.
There is definitely a very corrupt Supply Chain working in Amazon India, and they are all hand in glove with each other.
I need my Handset to be delivered or my money to be refunded. failing which I will consider my next step.
