I’ve booked a consignment from Delhi to Bangalore through Sombir Singh. On his promise of delivery within a week I booked the consignment. He promised the delivery will be completed by 13th July 2020. I called on 13th July, he said it will be delivered on 17th July 2020. Since then I’m calling and he is not able to give me information about my consignment and have refused to deliver. I’ve paid in advance as demanded by him. Parcel has some important books required for my exam preparation, it is required urgently
