I ordered last month Sep 28th and my expected Delivery date was Oct 10th. Today’s date is 11th Oct. Many times I called them and no one resolved my issue properly.
Then i got message for delay in the delivery of the products for the next day. But again the same took place the very next day by evening i received message for the delay of the delivery and the products to be delivered on the consecutive day. This incident is continuing till date. i made contact with flipkart customer care for the reason of the delay in delivery of product frequently but they answered that the product will be delivered on the mentioned date which was constant .Also they did not raise any complain against my issue. Every time they told me we are raise complaint now they didn’t raise the complainant as of now with that my issue will be not resolved within 11th But the products has not been delivered on the date mentioned. I am very much harassed with this procedure and I want my products to be delivered at the earliest else my ordered amount to be refunded.
And every day I contact the customer care center they told me order will deliver on before of 10th and 10th evening 6’O clock also they told me.. please wait 7pm.. after by EOD ,Than I got message Sorry for the delay in delivery. We’re tracking the issue and we will try and deliver within 3 days with message I’m very dispointed because 10th 7pm also they are promise order delivery by 10th EOD, Many Times i ask them please give me delivery agent number or address i will go and pick up the order because my old tv broken by kids so I ordered 1+Tv for the festival of Dusshera, they didn’t give agent number or address not given,we are joint family we are unable to watch the movie and TV in Dusshera holidays,my total my family waiting for TV at that time festival,we are sad Flipkart delivery and please deliver the and refund same
