Text of Complaint by Sara:

I have encountered significant issues with their services, including non-delivery of orders, failure to initiate refunds, and a lack of communication.

I placed three separate orders with TheFashionStation, all of which were paid for in full. However, despite repeated assurances of prompt delivery, none of the orders have been shipped to me. When I requested a refund for the undelivered items, I was given false promises of refund initiation dates, which have been repeatedly postponed without any explanation.

Furthermore, my attempts to communicate with TheFashionStation via messages have been met with either no response or generic replies stating, “Madam, wait for 24 to 48 hours,” with no follow-up action taken.

This situation has been ongoing since February, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have yet to receive any satisfactory resolution or refund from TheFashionStation.

Even though it says refunded, you can see in the comments below – refund will be initiated but it hasnt been initiated.
