I ordered an IFB 5.5 KG dryer from amazon and it was scheduled to arrive on 1 April 2021 but it has never arrived. Order details: ORDER # 405-9151000-8771564, FB 5.5 kg Dryer (Turbo Dry EX, Silver). I have been speaking with Amazon by calling/chatting online almost 25 times in a month and every time I get a a response to either wait until the end of the day or 48 hours and nothing happens. I paid through EMI and money has been deducted onetime without the product being made available to us. When I check online, it still says shipping today and scheduled delivery 1 April. I spoke to their management as well but have been getting same answers. They have been very incompetent in dealing with us as customers as well as with their own online platform and logistics. I told them to cancel he order multiple times as well but they are even unable to do that. Seek your immediate assistance.
