Text of Complaint by Akhil Agrawal:

I ordered a product from Amazon on 4th of October, and it was supposed to be delivered on 10th of October 2023, but no delivery was done and it showed it will be delivered in next 3 to 4 days but again no delivery again. Same thing happened then after few days it said delivery was lost. We are sorry. but still the product was available on Amazon so I contacted Amazon and I asked them what is the issue they said we are sorry we will refund you and you can order the order again but it was at a higher price now so I had to pay more for the very same product which I had already ordered for a lesser price so I had to call them again I had to talk to them again for 35 to 45 minutes. I talk to them. Then they agreed for the prize mismatch and that they will give me the extra amount after I received the product and its return window is closed . But this was just the telephonic conversation, and I asked them to give me a written mail for the same which they promised me to give but I did not receive any mail so I had to call them again for receiving the email for the very same thing I had to tell the whole story again and again to so many people of Amazon executives. Then they again transfer the call to the higher executive again transfer the call to higher executive and each time I have to explain the whole story to them, then after again 35 to 45 minutes talk, they agreed to send me the mail and I got the mail. Then I ordered the product again for a higher price on 13th of October. Now again, the same problem is happening. The order has not yet been delivered and my Amazon account is showing that delivery was attempted from 17th of October. It is showing delivery was attempted but could not deliver but the truth is I did not get any call from that side from the delivery agent. Nothing. But I got a call from DTDC that your delivery was attempted but could not take place but before I could say that I did not get any call. They cut the call. So again I had to raise a complain in Amazon. I talked to the Amazon executive for 35 minutes but now again they are saying we are sorry the product will be delivered by 23rd of October. If not, please cancel the product and you will get the refund, so my mental peace is gone for a very triffle of product and again and again I had to waste my time for the same and no compensation is being given . Now they are saying we will contact the seller by email and then we will get a response in 48 hours. So you wait till 48 hours again that too there is no surety that I will get a response or not. so I just wait for them. If no response nothing I will have to again call them and contact Amazon that what happened.
