Amazon team…Today I have received the worst ever kind of delivery and customer service experience from your CS and Station team. Patehtic I would say. I have ordered a package with tracking ID 156151726907 which was out for delivery yesterday dated 20th July @ 17hrs. To my surprise it was not delivered and nor anyone attempted the delivery and was marked as Could not connect to the customer. Why the hell did the DA even tried to call me instead of attemptting the delivery directly at my door step. This was against the Amazon process which I blive in hard core maintenance of there so called SOP. Secondly when contacted today to the CS team via chat and calls, it was assured that the package will be delivered by EOD, bit again fake commitments were done. I also tried getting in touch with the station team leader Ms. RUPALI, who at first dint respond to my calls (maybe bcos of unknown number). Later my call was picked up and I was asked to message the Tracking ID number around 13.36hrs which I did. After that till time i.e. 21hrs there is no response on my package not calls are being answered by Ms. Rupali. This is something unethical of Amazon who pretend to be very well pro active in solving there customer query on top priority. All I blive
today is everyhting is fake from you guys. This package was a gift for someone which Amazon failed to deliver miserably. Again pathetic service…..
